The house can be sectioned off into 3 self contained areas if you would prefer some privacy and quiet time or it can be enjoyed as one large family home. The ground floor has a large entrance hall that leads through to a spacious lounge complete with home cinema and football table. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a super king room. There's a bathroom with w/c and shower and a full kitchen that leads out to the garden. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio, with our wood fired BBQ (logs provided). To make the most of the outdoor space you can unwind in the jacuzzi after a busy day. There's an outdoor shower provided also for muddy paws or to remove sand before entering the jacuzzi. Inside the house, the stairs at the entrance hall lead up to two more floors. On the first floor is a large bedroom with L-shaped sofa, TV, super king bed, kitchenette and en-suite. A large tastefully decorated family lounge is also on the first floor. There are bi-fold doors that lead to the family kitchen and dining area. You can choose to open the doors to create an open plan living space. The kitchen has everything you need to feel home from home - there's even a small balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee. On the top floor, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a super king bed, a dressing area and large ensuite with a jacuzzi bath and shower. There's also a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower on the top floor and a bedroom with bunk beds and fold-out chair beds to make an additional bed for a young child. Please note the house is listed as a maximum of 10 people occupancy, however, if a small child wishes to use the chair bed then the house could accommodate 11 guests. For gaming enthusiasts, there is a Nintendo Wii U with a wide selection of games, as well as an Xbox (please bring own games for Xbox). Convenience is key with this property and you will have everything you need within walking distance. Just step out the front door and the stunning Chine woodland walk beckons you. Alum Chine beach is not only a blue flag award-winning beach, it offers a fabulous play park for young children, Tropical Gardens to have a leisurely walk around as well as kiosks selling food and drink, and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea. The village of Westbourne is a short walk and here you will find an eclectic mix of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops and food stores including an award-winning butchers and artisan bakers. Bournemouth and Poole offer an abundance of watersports, you'll find something suitable for all levels and all ages. For the thrill seekers there is a zip line from Bournemouth pier to the beach. If you're visiting during the summer months you can stroll down to the beach and watch the fireworks every Friday evening. Just a short drive away you can marvel at the beauty of the Jurassic Coast.
