This apartment is brand new and we are excited to start sharing it! It is conveniently located on Route 12 just South of Greene and is only 15 minutes from Binghamton. We allow dogs for an additional cleaning fee, all other pets must be discussed prior to booking. Our unique features include original exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space to help tie in the outdoors! This apartment is the other half of a small family owned barber shop. It has a large front porch and outdoor yard area. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a couch that folds out with a queen size memory foam mattress to comfortably sleep 4 guests.

Such lovely hosts; the place was also more beautiful in person with a modern yet cozy feel. Very relaxing and I wish I were still there!
We stayed at Jim’s place for the night because we were touring University of Binghamton. It was really cute! I loved the decorations and everything was new and spotless. Perfect for our needs. Five stars!

Barry’s Bungalow was a great place to stay for the weekend while visiting family. It was very clean, comfortable and decorated with a warmth that matches the surrounding area. It is convenient to both the town of Greene and the city of Binghamton. Host Kim is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Located just outside of the historical town of Greene, NY which is a small charming town with a tight-knit community. They have several local shops to offer as well as seasonal events that are family-friendly; we will be highlighting these in our Guest Binder and updating it accordingly.
