MAIN BEDROOM: Has a brand new double bed, tv, ensuite (toilet /shower) and patio doors with views over Southport and lake/beach. TV is also connected to our wifi. BEDROOM TWO: This is a themed bedroom, with a brand new king double bed, and patio doors with views over Southport and lake/beach. LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: Is open plan, with two sets of patio doors with breathtaking views across the marina lake, ocean and right out to Blackpool Tower. The living room boasts a TV connected to wifi, a three-seater sofa and one armchair, plus a dining table that can accommodate up to four people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, full fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to cook and dine. RELAX AND CHILL: If you like to put your feet up with a glass of wine or beer, and watch the world go by, this is the place for you. MAIN BATHROOM: There is a bath, with shower connections, sink and toilet. FREE PARKING: Even though the apartment does not come with parking, you can utilise Morrisons supermarket 3 hours free parking, which is yards away. This is what most guests do: 1. Park in Morrisons after 3 pm, for the 3 hours. 2. From 6 pm onwards, park right outside the apartment. (There is ample parking, and parking is free between 6pm to 8am) 3. From 8am to checkout, park back in Morrisons.
