We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Graham & Debbie are a lovely couple who have thought of everything anyone might possibly need even a dog lead .....although we dont have a dog! On our first day the sun was shining and we relaxed in the beautiful garden listening to the birds. Churchtown is a quaint place with a highly rated tearoom Vintage ( might need to book) and a fantastic aviary in the Botanic Gardens. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and hosts and look forward to our next visit David & Vivienne

Beautiful annexe , spotlessly clean, comfortable & peaceful. Everything we look for in a property. Enjoyed the garden & owners were extremely friendly but unobtrusive, really enjoyed talking to them. Respectively kept their dogs away from our elderly, sometimes grumpy dog!!. Freshly laid eggs were superb. All in all couldn't fault anything.

The location was excellent for our needs, as it was near to relatives. The property was ideal for us to invite friends and family. Clean and tidy. Our hosts were lovely.

great place to stay. plenty of walks, really nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. lovely garden and the annexe was quiet and very clean and well appointed.

We've had a great time staying at the Garden Annex, it's an Absolutely gorgeous place, superbly done out...super comfy bed, loads of space inside and set in a really large garden..Charlie our dog loved it👍 Thanks for the fresh eggs from your hens..they were EGGselent! ...15 mins walk to the Botanic Gardens and half hour walk to churchtown and the pubs and an easy taxi ride into town. Graham and Debs are excellent hosts, thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home. We hope to come again soon!!
