离机场很近，打车十来分钟，10马币。 我们房间是落地海景房，风景特别好。 走路二十多分钟就是亚庇综合市场，在鱼市买了螃蟹和鱼，到市场二楼找店家加工，绝美！

很多蟑螂，小伙伴被吓得不行！行李寄存，告诉我们不能5点之后，着急叫车去取，结果到了发现很多员工在那悠闲坐着并没有要下班离开的意思，害我们特别着急往回赶，连跑带颠

JQ公寓本身的位置和配套设施都是非常好的，楼下有好吃的川菜，哲斯顿码头跳岛出行非常方便，购物还有曙光广场，这些都不必说，房间最大惊喜就是窗外海景，躺在客厅沙发就可纵览落日美景，尤其是32楼取钥匙的钥匙箱旁边有绝佳的观景平台，风景绝绝子！房东也非常好沟通，非常感谢！

The cleanliness of the unit needs to be improved. There were no floor mats at all hence the carpet in the living room was understandably dirty as guests would probably step on the carpet to clean wet feet. The floor felt dusty and some corners were dirty thus we didn't think it was properly vacuumed. The sofa definitely needs to be changed. It sank in each time we sat down. While the location is strategic and the pricing is reasonable, we hope the owner makes sure the place is well maintained for a comfortable stay.
