For the price, this place should be more updated. There were three types of bugs, and the listing's picture is misleading, showing the front of the home, while guests enter through the back, which looks different. The shower ceiling is low, and wallpaper covers damaged spots. The setup is odd, with no door in the bedroom and a clear bathroom window, compromising privacy. The bedroom and front door windows lack shades, making it feel exposed, especially at night. The stay was uncomfortable, partly due to inconvenient parking. There's no designated parking, and available lots are confusing or closed off, wasting time during the stay. Prepared and accessible parking is essential for guests, but it was not provided. On the positive side, the internet was fast, the location was good, and the bed was comfortable, despite some stained sheets. However, given the cleanliness, privacy, and parking issues, I would not stay here again.

Stefanie was the perfect host, and the location and amenities were fantastic. The space is much larger than you'd think and she was so lovely and happy to assist with any queries we had. She even lent me her laptop when I had issues prior to a job interview! I cannot recommend staying here enough, you'd be in great hands :) She made myself and my partner feel very welcome, and gave recommendations when we needed them. She left us alone, and let us treat the space as our own which was great- if you're wary of an overbearing host then please stay here!Thanks again Stefanie for all your help and for letting us stay at your lovely apartment!

Stefanie's basement served for me and my husband for a month. The access was easy, there are markets, convenience stores nearby, two subway stations, bus stop on the corner. Stefanie is always ready to answer our questions and worried if we were okay, she was very friendly with us. She was an excellent hostess. It was cozy to spend this time there, everything was clean when we arrived and everything was working.
