Xuan 真的很好，性价比很高的一个民宿。便宜而且五脏俱全，有迎宾水果，草莓很甜🍓这个价格没有什么可以挑剔的了。洗衣液很香。

5-stars for the location and Xuan's helpful, clear recommendations/tips. Perfect spot if you want to be close enough to the French Quarter tourist craziness to experience at least once but still live in an area surrounded by locals. South of the Airbnb you'll find eateries catering to the local population (I loved the streetside banh trang cuon, smoothies on the intersection just south of the unit, and the tofu/soya milk shop that gets really busy at night) whereas north of the unit you'll run into more tourist-oriented restaurants and knick-knack shops. An unexpected perk was the array of fresh fruits and veggies being sold by nice ladies right outside the building. The bedroom and adjacent bathroom are clean enough for what you're paying for. Overall great value and location.

We had a very lovely stay, the room is clean and beautiful. The location is central. Everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s house. The house was within a walking distance to all the main attractions and was very clean. I highly recommend it!
