This unit sits near the center of Destin but is a quiet retreat on palm tree lined "Holiday Isle". Gated complex. Free parking. First floor unit. Washer/dryer in unit. Granite and tile finishes. King master suite. 2 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware/dinnerware. Keurig w/starter pods/coffee maker. **Rent 25+ unless active duty military.** ***BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED*** # Please note that this pool is NOT heated# But in the summer it is usually plenty warm. 2 Bedrooms: King bed and Queen Bed as well as a pull out mattress in the couch. 2 Full Baths. Sleeps 6 people. TV's located in living room and each bedroom. 100% cotton bed linens/bath towels. Hand soaps & dishwasher detergent included. Starter mini Shampoo & Conditioner Provided. Starter toilet paper and paper towels included. Starter garbage bags included. Washer/dryer in unit with detergent. Free Wifi Internet. Master bedroom with King Bed and full private bath. Kitchen fully-stocked with cookware & utensils. Dining table seats 6. Keurig, coffee pot and tea kettle. Starter pods provided. TV’s located in living room and both bedrooms. All ROKU TVs. No Cable. You can log into your favorite streaming network with your own password. Keyless entry into condo (digital code lock). Ground-level porch w/chairs. &&& This is a completely NON SMOKING building. This includes vaping as well as marijuana (which is illegal in FL). If you smoke you will be kicked out with NO refund. &&& @@@ This building is entirely PET FREE. I am so sorry, I am not able to accommodate your fur baby in this unit! @@@ The interior square footage is apx. 1,000 square feet. While every effort will be made to provide a working pool, ultimately the HOA is in charge of maintaining and fixing the pool and management can not be held responsible if the pool happens to be under maintenance at the time of guests visit.

Great stay! I couldn’t find the laundry detergent to wash the towels though! 😩
Pictures are as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. Yes the beach is a short walk but can be challenging with the dunes and kids. The area seemed quiet and the apartment had all the essentials. We appreciated the outlets being child proofed. More than enough space for a family of 4 Con: There was quite a bit of excess sand left over on the carpet/floors and in the washing machine had mold when we checked in. With two litte ones that's hard to not notice
Loved staying at this location. was easy to locate and was a stones throw from the beach. maybe a 3-5 minute walk. short drive to popular restaurants and boardwalk. gave a 5 star overall but a 4 for cleanliness due to floor. everything else was clean but couldn't really walk around bare foot due to sand and other debris. was warned that it is hard not to get sand in as this was first floor but to have it already in there before we arrived was not ideal. would stay here again though. Eileen was communicative and extremely helpful with all questions!
Eileen was the best hostess. Communication is her forte'. She cares about your stay and your enjoyment of the property. She made the whole Airbnb experience easy from start to finish. She is the focus of the 5 stars. The property was clean and was in an excellent location. Our access to the beach was not crowded and we enjoyed our time there very much. We would recommend Eileen's stay in Snorkel Cove to anyone. We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Destin in the future. Thanks Eileen!!
We flew in from Alaska and were exhausted. Eileen was amazing and let us check in a little early and also gave us early beach access. The beach was so easy to get to. The living space was very clean and decorated so cute :) The best thing was Eileen was so quick to respond to any questions. Would absolutely recommend this place.

This condo is situated on a peninsula across from Destin Harbor and surrounded by multi million dollar homes. The palm tree lined street leads you all the way through the peninsula to your gated residence. This provides for a lovely leisurely walk in the mornings or evenings when it is not too hot. You can also enjoy the calm beach out front or take short walk to the very end of the peninsula (Norriego point) and explore the multiple peaceful inlets. You can also enjoy the view across the harbor to the boardwalk and restaurants like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. You can enjoy the peaceful private cove that is protected by a long breakwater. This perfect for snorkeling and watching boats slowly go by all day. You may even get to see the Pirate Ship! Arrrrr Matie!!!!!
This central location is fantastic for accessing the local Destin hotspots while being able to quickly retreat back to the condo for peace and quiet. It is just a short drive, around the end of the harbor, to reach the boardwalk and dozens of restaurants. And it is less than a five minute drive to Target (with groceries and Starbucks) and Walgreens for any last minute needs.

My husband and I just rafted the Grand Canyon! We also drove the Gulf Coast from Alabama to Sarasota, FL to explore small towns. And we took the kids to play in the Florida Keys. Just this year we have been cruising through the caribbean.
