+ Nice place to stay for a big family in a guarded, safe environment. Everything we needed was there, except for a washing machine that was not present. It would be handy if there would be one. + Swimming pool and playground for kids are present. + Nice to walk inside the community in the morning or evening. + Joel and the caretaker Anthony are very helpful and responsive. - The house itself is nice but is not very well taken care of. When we arrived the cabinets were dusty and not very clean. We noticed spider webs on the walls and some foul odor. Also the place is not very old yet but already showing signs of decay. Paint coming off the walls, bidet hose breaking off suddenly, some doorknobs getting loose, water pressure in the bathroom aside the master bedroom is weak, beddings and towels need to be replaced (some are worn).

The place was great. Everything was clean and the surroundings were peaceful. They have all the kitchen equipments and utensils you’ll need. They also have a good stable internet connection and even offer free access to Netflix. Lastly, the host was very accommodating. They assisted us even past midnight upon checking in. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend.

A very nice place to stay if you're in Davao, everything you need in one place, cozy, private, a very good internet connection with Netflix. It was an absolute pleasure. I would come back again.
