Coty was super responsive on a late day booking and I got in just fine. The place was updated and the bedroom was super comfortable. Best sleep in some time. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear conversations from other building tenants. I could even hear someone snoring at night. But overall a very clean nice space and I enjoyed my stay there.
After driving in gridlock traffic for 6 hours (eclipse totality traffic…. not an everyday event ), we were exhausted and really late. We had a little trouble confirming the front building #. Once we did, the instructions from Coty were excellent. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was set up nicely. We were only there for the overnight but found the stay refreshing. I would definitely return!

Very well remodeled apartment with new bedroom set. Very comfortable set up. Excellent instructions to the place. I was given an apartment number but the apartments are listed alphabetically . The instructions were so procise made it in. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom wasn't cleaned the best. Coty was informed and apologized for the oversite. I asked for financial compensation as cleaning fees are $100 +. I was angry!. Coty offered to buy coffee and donuts. Nice gesture but i told him that im a Starbucks kinda girl. 😏 Its all good. I just think if im paying for cleaning fee it should be clean. The major things like bed and bathroom especially. Over all nice place. Coty is very responsive.
We stayed a full week at the end of March. Coty was responsive & helpful. The place suited our needs with all the accommodations listed. There is a laundry room on the premises & we were pleased with using that service. Other long-term residents in the complex were friendly & helpful. The area is a residential, quiet area & seems quite safe. We would stay at Coty's place again.

There is something to appeal to everyone, from the Three Tomatoes Trattoria to Weathervane Seafood Restaurant and Salt Pub Hill. Proximity to three major interstates and the community airport makes traveling a breeze. The Dartmouth Coach provides bus service into Boston multiple times each day.
