Casale La Quercia is an ancient country house where you can find peace and relaxation through the connection with nature and with every space, internal and external. Crossing the garden you enter the entrance which opens onto the living area with a welcoming sitting area positioned in front of the fireplace. From here, through a large French window, you can exit to access the external living area with armchairs, table and chairs. Going instead towards the dining area we find the large wooden table with chairs and then the kitchen, a large room where you can prepare excellent meals to be eaten together. From the kitchen you can easily reach the external dining area, located under the pergola, and the large external wood-burning oven. Finally, on the ground floor we find a service bathroom, two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a laundry area. Going up to the first floor we find another large relaxation area with sofas, sofas and armchairs, to make yourself comfortable, watch TV, read a good book or simply enjoy the silence, and a study. On this same floor we find also two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition to the large farmhouse, we explore the three outbuildings, real jewels. The Sambuco Tower is a real tower on two levels where on the ground floor we find a double bedroom and a bathroom, on the upper floor a living area with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed. La Torretta is a particular tower immersed in the woods where on the first floor we find a living area with sofa bed and bathroom, while the ground floor offers a turkish bath with two loungers where you can truly regenerate physically and psychologically. Finally, the jewel in the crown of the property, the tree house: a delightful wooden house set on an oak tree, reachable via a comfortable staircase and composed of a double bed and a bathroom. Certainly a beautiful relaxing experience, to be experienced suspended in the nature. The swimming pool surrounded by greenery, the park surrounding the property, the large internal and external living areas, the sauna in the woods and the fascinating tree house are just some of the elements that will make your stay unforgettable. From the covered parking, going towards the farmhouse, you go up a series of wooden steps set in the ground which lead to the garden in front of the main entrance; from here you can see the pergola which houses the table with chairs to enjoy excellent meals outside and the large, perfectly functioning wood-burning oven.
Going further you arrive at the swimming pool with solarium set in the middle of the green lawn and here too there is a pergola where you can place the sunbeds when you are looking for a shaded area.
The large pool area is an expanse where you can walk surrounded by the green of the lawn and the blue of the sky, a walk that will surely end at the top of the small hill sitting on the imposing chair of the "thinking room".
The entire park is made up of a garden and large trunk trees, mostly oaks, including a centuries-old, imposing, immense one which gives the farmhouse its name.
