I do not want to make it all bad. It was clean inside and 1 bathroom, kitchen and living area were nice. The furniture was not new and had dog hair all over. The tv's were hard to navigate. the thermometer was so high tech we could not figure it out. there was a flight of stairs to enter either door. my 81 yr old, handicapped mother had a difficult time. It had a keurig and ample coffee, but the kitchen was definitely a bachelor's kitchen. Some of the decorations in the living space were nice, but in one bathroom, there was a big "bud" picture. Not kid friendly. The location is 5 miles out of town. The BBQ was rusty and had rotten food all over it. The grass was horribly overgrown and it is NOT a fenced in yard. It is next to some pretty shabby places. We saw no "ocean view", just the canal, which was not accessible from the dock. The dock was completely rotted out and there was a do not enter sign and board across the entrance. There were no chairs or wood. I was told to bring my own

Great place to get away from the working city life. The bay is within walking distance and have a great walking/exploring trail. The place is in close distance from eureka to get food and drinks and to explore the redwoods. I don’t like go back again in the future to relax.

Sorens place is a great getaway! My family and I had a great time. Soren is doing a great job getting the place in excellent shape. Can't wait to see it keep growing. Thank you Soren!

It was the perfect location. Had a water view. The water was calm and perfect for the kayak which Soren made available. He also responded to my texts immediately. The beach was so peaceful and just a short walk away. The house was absolutely beautiful and I would 100% recommend this property.

Our Stay at Soren's place was great!! We needed a family getaway and it was perfect. Soren was very nice, helpful and had great communication. The house was clean and as described. The couch was so comfy! For being so close to the city it did not feel like it. The kayak addition was quite a treat. We loved paddling around the canal. The firepit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. It's a small walk to the beach and very beautiful. Would love to come back sometime.
