I booked this last minute for a 2 night trip with my friends when there was a blizzard at Tahoe, and overall this Airbnb was good! Comfortable beds, spacious, beautiful property and very private. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook a meal one night, and there was plenty of spaces to sit. The downsides: - the biggest by far was the fact that the dirt road leading up to the Airbnb flooded and turned into river crossings. It was a rainy weekend, but this is definitely something that should be disclosed beforehand. Luckily, we had a large truck and were able to cross it, but I don’t think it would have been doable in a sedan. I saw an SUV cross it, but if I was in an SUV, and unfamiliar with river crossings in a car, I might not have risked it. - the heat was hard to turn on at first, but after we figured it out, it was warm -only one shower, and house had some and light switches in hard to find spots. Overall it was a good stay, but I’d recommend more info on the road and heat.

Beautiful surroundings & location. Our family stayed there for Thanksgiving and enjoyed ourselves. The place gets chilly unless you use the fireplace. The shower is wonderful, and hot water is instant. Would recommend.
