Lastly, we must stress that 1) We do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. 2) This property DOES NOT have lake access. Under no circumstances can guests go past the patio railing or down the driveway to the lake. That is private property and is heavily monitored with the owners’ cameras. Any trespassers will be reported to the authorities as the owners deem fit. Lastly, given that we reside in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, we are extremely discerning in who we share our home and community with. To protect our neighborhood, we have strictly instilled a strict no invitees policy and maximum 3 cars allowed.
