The sandy garden backs onto the dunes which lead to the beach (30 second walk). With great bus links to local towns such as Folkstone, Ashford and Dover. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway a 5 minute drive away with a level crossing for a 2 minute walk. Great for train spotting! Please note; the garden may have dune grass growing in it so may differ from the picture. The conservatory is situated at the front of the bungalow with patio doors leading to the garden at the back. One bedroom has twin beds Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has large, nearly double, bunkbeds. The top bunk is only suitable for children. You can easily fit two small children on each bunk so the house can sleep more than six depending on who is staying.
