What a great stay! Everything was so clean and tidy, such a spacious place with plenty of room and all the amenities you need, plus lovely location right near to the beach. The host gave clear instructions for check-in and was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

Found the unit to be very spacious inside. Our beds were made up, but nothing pressed, so not sure if freshly made. One of the double quilts had stains. The kitchen window handle fell off. One of the two single beds legs had been replaced making it very wobbly. Some wooden slats under the mattress were not fixed. Stains on carpet, near dinning table. Some area's in the living room not hoovered. One of the glasses had a crack in it. Found an necklace from a previous occupier under the sofa-bed. The outside decking and walls of the caravan had green algae from the winter months. The sink plug was detached from the chain. We hope the owners fix the issues raised above as we would like to return next year. Had we had direct contact with them, would've shared our concerns privately with photos instead of putting it on this public forum.

The lodge is spacious, cosy, clean and beautifully located. It had everything we needed and any enquiries were responded to quickly and kindly. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again.

The caravan is huge!! Two double bedrooms and large room for two singles. Main double has walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. It also has a bath in main bathroom!! Large Kitchen with island and dining area is great for a large group with good sized fridge and freezer. So much cupboard space too. Small room with washing machine as you come in is really good for taking off walking boots and drying the dog. Good size patio area too. Location is great - it is away from entertainment but only a five minute walk - also right by lake and 5 minutes to beach. The steam train stops on the park so you have great access to jump on and off at the stops. Food not and expensive on site and restaurants, pubs nearby not great either. Got a delivery from nearby Indian restaurant which was awful. We visited Annie's Alpacas which was a great experience. Dungeoness Lighthouse, Dimchurch, RSPB, Nature Reserves all good places to go to and close by. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a great break away. The lodge is beautiful and well located on the site so you don’t get any passing traffic which was nice. Communication was easy and responses to queries was received quickly especially considering it was the Easter bank holiday weekend.
