We stayed at El Ray and it was a perfect and peaceful stay. The location is great towards the quieter end of Dungeness which suited us. The communication around check in was proactive and very helpful. The cost is not cheap but we still thought worth it for the excellent accommodation and views. Will be returning again in future

We enjoyed our stay at El Ray. The house is very cosy and just looked liked the pictures. It takes a while for the living room to heat up at first but once heated up, it’s warm. We were provided with some wood but we had to go out and buy more during our 2 night stay. Check in was pretty easy and the host was very accommodating.

Windows need cleaning Floor needs replacing Bathroom mouldy Blinds don’t fit windows Hole in the sofa Paint pealing off stove chimney Driveway is ridiculous Balcony doors don’t open Decking is all lose and needs repairing No freezer No microwave No tv No cupboard to hang clothes No recycling This place is not worth £800 plus a night and we were very disappointed. We would like something back as we paid £1600 plus and it was no way worth it.
