Stayed at PS1 for 4 nights in March. Familiar with Dungeness and other properties so we wanted to try PS1 for my Birthday - and it did not disappoint! Unique and sympathetic conversation of a disused pump station. PS1 has great history so make the effort to read up about whilst there. Amazing amenities, furnishings and decor/floor plan with cleaver touches and surprises around every corner (almost)! The wood burner was a real treat in cooler evenings. PS1 was beyond my expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend such a special property! Bloom Stays were excellent as usual, answering any questions we had making it another stress free staycation in the magnificent Dungeness!

Had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend. The place is beautiful and remote in the best way. Felt very cosy and peaceful. The kitchen amenities are great, the fire was great. Would stay here again. Only let down was the bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and there was no shower gel / soap which was surprising considering the standard of the place.

Beautiful house , super spacious , full of natural light , very comfortable. Great location for lovely walks at the seaside.
