Unfortunately this was the worst stay we have encountered! Upon arrival I opened the lower bathroom door to find a messy bathroom with old urine in the toilet and a very strong urine smell. Once this was discovered I decided to take a closer look at how clean the rest of the house was and was disgusted of the findings. The beds were neatly made however the sheets and bedding was clearly not washed. We found stains, hair and even large boogers in the bed! I contacted the host and they did quickly send out someone to clean. Unfortunately that is not where the troubles ended. On the first night we realized the water heater was not working properly and noticed a leak coming from one of the ac units was dripping water on the bed. We contacted the host again and he sent out a plumber and hvac guy the next day and said all was now working. Long story short we had no hot water the entire stay and a very wet bed that we could no longer use.

perfect place for base camp if your taking offroad toys. 5 min drive to hells revenge ohv trail on the utv. huuuuuge backyard to park trailers, rvs, etc. home was beautiful on the inside and outside and all the necessary pots pans utensils toiletries were there. the garage is great and huge incase you have to wrench on something that might have broke on the trails.

This place is awesome if your out here for some motorized recreation. Loved the barndo 100% worth the stay even though its a little bit further south of town, enjoyed picking up dinner and driving home to enjoy the awesome garage and outdoor space.

the view from the master bedroom is nice, the neighborhood was very quite. the house itself was beautiful. buy there were several small issues which combined with the price is ultimately the reason for the less than perfect review. there was no instructions on where to take the trash on checkout. when we checked in 2 of the the 3 trash cans were already full with another pile of trash next to them in the garage. the desk light under the stairs does not work and most of the outlets in the garage do not work. the remote controlled fans turn on and off randomly constantly, and the hvac we never could figure out. maybe the fans and hvac were too high tech for us. the Master Shower is tiny. the Good. the garage space is awesome!! the parking is great could easily fit multiple trucks and trailers. the floor plan in the house is awesome and the numbers are beautiful.
