Super cute and clean studio! I didn't spend much time there as I just needed a place to sleep but it had everything, including air conditioning! Adam was very proactive and kind. I would stay there again on my next visit to Chico.
When we arrived it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned - trash in the trash can, sheets rumpled and unmade. We immediately contacted the host and they said someone could come tomorrow to clean. After saying that wouldn’t be acceptable they sent someone while we were out. They made the bed (maybe with clean sheets?) but never took the trash or cleaned the rest of the very small room. We decided to stay and got sheets from the person we’d come to visit since we were skeptical of the cleaning job. The mattress was terrible. The heater is broken. The mini fridge is running loudly in the small space. The WiFi doesn’t reach from the main house to this rental. The coffee maker also didn’t work. Clearly, would not recommend this facility.
His place was good, just parking was a little tricky.
Perfect place for my one night stay. Ample space with furnished kitchen. Bathroom was nice and spacious with a big shower. Adam was responsive as well.
We walked to the downtown district for social and eating options. Bidwell Park was close so plenty to do and enjoy. The ADU had the basics for what we wanted for our 3 night stay. Adam was there when we had a question. We had a great time visiting Chico in the spring.

Nestled in the back of our property for privacy while maintain easy access to the main roads you will be able to take a stole through beautiful Chico State campus or get downtown in a flash.
The neighborhood is full of charming older homes and is great for walking around with wide sidewalks and little traffic on the side streets.
