Steven's place is an efficiency which is very close to downtown Cruz Bay Bay, with all the shuttles, shops and restaurants. it also has the quiet / chill community being slightly removed from the busy downtown. You really do not even need to rent an expensive jeep since, You will be able to get a taxi to beaches, sights n sounds. there is a short 5 minute walk uphill (to the place) or downhill (to downtown). it worked out great and will definitely consider staying here again.

Steven’s place was excellent! The only issues I had at check-in were related to Wi-Fi which were taken care of immediately. His team is very responsive. They took care of any concerns I had and we’re delightful to deal with. The difficulty was walking to the unit, it is up on a hill. There are a lot of hills in St. John. But it’s a reasonable walk to any place in town

We had a nice 10-day visit on the island. Jovanna, the on-island manager was responsive and helpful. The small unit was in a nice location, a 5-minute walk down to Cruz Bay and a bit of a hike back up. The reserved parking was nice. We appreciated the kitchen and the A/C worked well in the living area. The bed area was raised 2 feet with some awkward steps resulting in a 5-foot ceiling clearance and poor A/C circulation. The ceiling in the kitchen leaked when it rained. When the power was off, there was also no water available. This was manageable for the typical almost daily short-term power outages of 2 hours, give or take. However, the unexpected and understandably out of the control of the owner, 22-hour power outage from Thursday morning 6am to Friday morning 4am, was very uncomfortable and inconvenient without power for A/C and to charge phones, and no water for the sink, shower and toilet. In the future we would look for a place with a generator.

Place was cozy (it is small) and functional and in a great location. Host and property manager communicate well.

We had a great stay! Steven and team had great communication and were very responsive during the whole stay. Definitely a great spot to crash after enjoying the island. Very safe location and walkable to Cruz Bay, we only used our rental car to drive to the beaches which aren’t very far at all.
