We loved this place. It was brand new with upgraded modern everything; kitchen (modern country), bathroom (cool shower and bidet). The loft was cool - a whole other room with sleeping area and a huge TV. Each room had its own mini split heat A/C and fans so my niece could sleep in 90 degrees and my son in 20 haha. Tracy was receptive and always responded quickly to answer a question. She thought of everything we would need. Plenty of sheets and pillows for the new beds and towels for everyone. Whole sets of wine, beer, and water glasses, silverware, and dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Just bring yourselves. The property is beautiful; wooded, private and peaceful, and a short walk to Seneca Lake. There is a portable fire pit that was great to sit around on a chilly evening. As Tracy mentions, there is a stream below a steep ridge on the property, so I would advise keeping any little ones away. It's truly special. I highly recommend staying. It's a bargain for the quality and location.
