This house on the border between Tuscany and Lazio is surrounded by free beaches, WWF Oases and Nature Reserves. This is why it is a beautiful area to visit both in the summer season, due to its proximity to the sea, and in the other seasons. In addition to a front garden and one at the back, the house has 6 beds, a parking space and a veranda where you can have an aperitif or dinner after returning from the day on the beach. The house has an equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms with wardrobe and two bathrooms with shower. In the living room there is a sliding door (with the possibility of choosing between mosquito net and glass), which overlooks the veranda of the main garden. At the back there is a second, smaller garden, with a sink for hand laundry and with access to the back of the residence, which leads to the swimming pool.
The house is located inside a very quiet residence, made up of terraced houses with gardens and green hedges, illuminated by street lamps. Holidaymakers have access to the swimming pool, and sun loungers, at walking distance from the house. The house number is not very accurate, it is advisable to search for the words Residence Ansedonia Sud I on the navigator, the house is the third one starting from the righth hand side.
The Capalbio area is known for its rural landscapes, rolling hills and a coast overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Capalbio Scalo has a railway station, which connects Grosseto to Rome, passing through the entire Etruscan coast, from Pisa to Grosseto, in a suggestive route along the sea. It is famous for its well-preserved historic center, surrounded by medieval walls and for the "Tarot Garden", an artistic park that houses sculptures inspired by the famous cards, the work of the French-American artist Niki de Saint Phalle.
