The place was awesome! The large windows looking out to the ocean was incredible. Loved the color scheme of the place- it was away from the hustle bustle, but walkable to everything. Tim was very responsive.

My wife and I looked at several places. We wanted a place that was very close to the beach (this is right on it), clean, well equipped, close to the center, quiet, etc. We almost booked another place THEN I saw this one. Once there we drove by the other places only to find we had chosen the BEST place. Trust me, Timothy’s place is perfect! We’ll definitely be repeat customers but for more than two nights going forward. Any season, this place is perfect. We loved it!

The birdhouse was a wonderful place to stay with unparalleled views. It was a pleasure just to sit and look out the windows and hear the surf. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! Just before we arrived Tim had a new coffee station put in that worked perfectly, so I could immediately have coffee upon waking up! I can’t wait to come back!
