Located in a forested neighborhood in the south hills of Eugene, The Ralph B Baker house has a unique mid century design that offers large windows, open beam ceilings and two outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. The house is a short drive to downtown, Hayward Field and Autzen Stadium. A portion of the rental profits will be donated to the Ralph B Baker Award in Painting at the University of Oregon. Ralph B Baker taught drawing and painting at the U of O from 1970-1987. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads to an outside common area. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the house provide ample light and beautiful views of the trees located on the property. There's a large family friendly countertop/bar area in the kitchen and dinning room. Check In/Out: Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may possible; confirm with Brian Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Location: The property sits along the historic Lorane Highway, a small tree lined road that winds through the south hills of Eugene. The setting is comfortable and relaxed, but still a short drive to event locations in Eugene.
