Close to UO, which was important for us. Close to a grocery store so if you needed a quick trip to pick up anything you needed for a meal, etc. House matched the pictures that are provided and neighborhood was very quiet during our entire stay.

This house was big and did look like the pictures to an extent. When we checked in there was only one key that did not work on the deadbolt and the keypad on it did not work at all. Then we go inside it appeared clean but then to find lots of garbage both outside and in the garage and cigarette butts all over the yard not to mention the smell that was coming from the overflowing garbage. Kitchen was only stocked with very basic things such as no can opener ect... Also seemed strange there was like one hand towel and no rugs in the bathroom. Some of the extra linens/towels had stains that were who knows what. In the beginning host seemed responsive but then had issues not getting a response at all or very slow after we checked in. Overall our stay was okay because location was close to family.

Mitchell was very responsive and fast. Appreciated the availability durinf the harsh weather and power outages. I really recommend this place. Nice and quiet safe neighborhood! I will be returning

The house was easy to find, in clean condition, spacious and a great backyard. In the beginning the host was quick to respond with check-in and our heat issue. We visited for a week over Christmas and the heater in one of the bedrooms worked really well, however in the other bedroom it did not work well. We reached out to Mitchell and he responded right away and was going to send someone out but then didn’t hear back from him. By day 3 we figured out on our own how to keep that cold bedroom warm. The amenities were lacking...seems small to mention but it all added up. Silverware was thrown to get her in a drawer with the sharp knives. There were no kitchen towels, in the bathroom only 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth, thankfully we had enough bath towels. No instructions for check-in or check-out, or for the house, most importantly how to work the heat during winter. Overall the stay was nice. The best thing about the place was that it was close to the family we were visiting.

Clean comfortable home
