We had stayed in this building before on previous holidays but not in Unit 801. The interior design was very contemporary, and the views out to the bay were spectacular. The only -- and small -- comment I would make is that the air conditioning in the main living space is not up to the task. The room got quite warm in the afternoons, even with the shades lowered. Otherwise, all was fabulous!
Kash’s place was an amazing place! The views from the balcony and pool area were spectacular and definitely among the best in town. Place was clean and check in with immediate responses was pretty smooth. Thanks!
Beautiful condo with stunning views. 10/10 cleanliness. Super close to all the action but also quite private. Communication with Kash’s team was 100% smooth. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
Great condo! Would definitely book PH1 (801) again. It's a penthouse unit two blocks back from the ocean with full views of the water and most of the city/Romantic Zone. Kash and his team were very helpful and check-in/check-out was simple.
Absolute 5 star unit. The building is also great because of it's quick access to the beach, restaurants and activities. Being at the end if the street it's very private and quiet. The huge doors slide open on two walls in the main area. This makes it feel like your outside. The main bedroom also has a huge door. The views are fantastic. We really enjoyed going out on the patio for coffee in the morning and soaking in the views. Also, having friends over to enjoy the sunset on the patio . We will stay again for sure!
