What a great little place! It's a studio.. So don't expect roomy. But it makes up for space with charm and view. I take a lot of trips to Brian Head from Vegas to ski, and it's usually just me, so it's perfect for me. Probably great for a couple as well... It's dated... But it was charming. I think the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom sink are 20 years old, but work. The bed was super comfy. It had enough things in the kitchen for me to make breakfast and dinner, so it was perfect. (Bring your own oil, spices, etc). The view is looking at chairs 2 and 5 at BH. It is right over the pool / hot tub, and one window looks into those. (the hot tub jets were not working when I was there, but the pool and hot tub area is nice). It's quiet time after 10pm, so noise won't bother you. And.. Underground parking! A plus in the winter Dawn was very friendly and responsive. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Good place to stay and exactly what I needed at this price point. This unit is adjacent to the pool area, which had me concerned at first, but this proved to be a non-issue as the condo has quiet hours at night and was very peaceful into the morning! Close enough to walk to things, but I recommend taking the town shuttle around anyway
