Rachael is an amazing host! She made me feel perfectly at home the minute we met. The whole place is immaculate and well decorated. The bed is comfortable, and the private bath is great. The laundry is in the bathroom, but she never asked to use it while I was home. I felt very comfortable using the kitchen and was invited to use the main level like it was my own space. The basement is furnished so you basically get your own living room connected to the bedroom. The neighborhood is great, too. Easy parking and quiet roads. Loads of people out walking. Great restaurants are within about a mile. Short commute into the city. I highly recommend both the host and her home!

I had a wonderful stay at Rachael's place. I am a traveling nurse and it worked perfectly for my needs. It was only a quick 15 minutes to downtown DC when I wanted to get out and explore. Having a private parking spot was definitely a plus. Rachael's house is very comfortable and has everything to make your stay comfortable. The back porch was a very relaxing area that gave the place a rural feel. Rachael knows how to make a guest feel at home and is also a great cook. I loved my long stay and would definitely recommend it other guests. I look forward to staying here again when I’m in the area.
