Absolutely brilliant hosts. Extremely helpful when needed. The cottage had some really quirky items around. Lovely bathroom especially the shower. Bed very comfortable.

We had a very warm, friendly welcome from Rick and Anne when we arrived. The cottage was very clean, tidy and well equipped. There was lots of features lovingly restored and created by Rick. We would definitely stay agin and recommend to others.

Rick and Anne are wonderful hosts. They were so kind from our first contact, to offering us local suggestions that were just right for our family and being so generous with their home and bike shed and hospitality. The cottage is lovingly decorated, furniture they have thoughtfully selected or made themselves. So cosy and homey! Location was perfect for our trail biking, too.

Rick and Ann's place is lovely and cosy, with some very interesting quirky touches. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything you'll need is there. Well worth a visit.

Booked this cosy quirky cottage for a 3 night Christmas break for myself and my partner Came down with a severe chest Infection two days before we arrived 😩 Which dampened our Christmas getting out and about to explore the new forest plans Rick and Ann’s place luckily was perfect for staying put as it was so very comfortable and warm So we still managed to have a lovely (lazy) time Highly recommend
