Wir wurden sehr nett und höflich von Nyoman empfangen. Er half uns Roller zu mieten und uns auf die kommende Zeit vorzubereiten. Nyoman war immer für uns da, wenn wir Probleme hatten. Die Außenanlage, Garten und Pool sind gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind auch in Ordnung. Aber nicht besonders. Leider war die Küche und das Küchenzubehör in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren teilweise total verbrannt und verbeult. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Sachen wurden mit einem total alten Schwamm oder sogar per Hand abgewaschen. Der selbe Schwamm wurde auch zum abputzen von Arbeitsflächen oder Tischen genutzt. Auch die Schubladen und viele andere Kleinigkeiten sind für eine Villa unterdurchschnittlich. Die Lage ist ziemlich abgelegen. Es gibt nur wenig Warungs oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Weshalb wir uns entschieden haben nach 7 Tagen die Unterkunft 3 Tage frühzeitig zu verlassen. Eine kleine Erstattung für z.B. Stromkosten o.ä. gab es leider nicht.

Check in time was good. We arrived at 01:00 and staff waited for us there. But straight after that there was no warm water to shower after 30h of flights. Staff was nice and helpful and breakfast ok. The juices are good, the food was average. They offered cleaning but just made the beds, but not even new sheets or anything to be cleaned. They offered washing of clothes but they didn’t really “wash” them. Everything was still stained after. One night there was no electricity after coming back home, no electricity means : no aircon, no hot water, everything dark. Barely a response that night and they didn’t fix the problem until next morning, we had to go all sweated and unshowered into our 28 degree rooms to sleep. Apart from that everything else was fine, the pool a bit dirty sometimes but ok. House is big and the garden is nice. The place is quite far away probably 90min drive from almost all living areas. Very good to be relaxed tho.

The house's prime location was perfect and accommodated our group of 10 comfortably. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly with arranging meals and transport for us. Highly recommended—will definitely be sharing this fantastic experience with others!
