Mill Creek Estates is located 10 minutes from downtown Franklin, a centrally located picturesque small mountain town located within 100 miles of Atlanta, Ga, Greenville, SC, Knoxville, Tenn, Asheville, NC and Chattanooga, Tenn. We recommend having your own vehicle for your time in the mountains. 4-wheel drive is not required to access the home. Mill Creek is a fully paved golf community and can be easily navigated with any type of vehicle, car, SUV, truck or the like.
There is room for two large vehicles to park or three smaller.
