This poses inconvenience, particularly for travelers without a vehicle or arriving late. The substantial deposit fee seems unjustified given the poor condition of the apartment, which requires renovations, upgrades, and thorough cleaning. Despite the ocean view, the absence of basic amenities, detracts from the experience. We were told “the team” will look into it and no one did for the 3 days of our stay. Lack of sync between the Airbnb platform and the host resulted in conflicting messages regarding check-in/out. We were bombarded with messages about checking out at 10 am even though the listing states 11am. This was remedied but take note if booking. Things to improve: - Bed uncomfortable - Lights bulbs broken in bathroom - Dirty doors and floors - No dish soap or hand soap - Poorly cared for plants - Overall noisy traffic outside
