We also provide all the essential amenities for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basic. Coffee lovers will also be able to prepare their morning brew with the brand new coffee machine. SEPARATE DINING ROOM - with views onto the gorgeous rear garden. Be the 'hostess with the mostess', serving up delicacies for your friends & families at this dining table for 10! BATHROOMS A bathroom on each floor! 2 family bathrooms & 1 ensuite. In the ground floor bathroom, you will find the shower and toilet, as well as the washing machine & dryer. The first floor bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet. The ensuite bathroom in the top floor bedroom has a shower and toilet too. - Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Please feel free to ask us anything, as we are available seven days a week to respond to your inquiries. A fantastic large property that's perfect for groups of friends or families. With off-street parking for 3 cars, you can also jump on a train from Portslade train station which is a 5 minute walk away and takes just 10 minutes to get into the centre of Brighton. You're close to a fantastic Aldi supermarket too.

Lovely property, great communication from the owner, and was immaculate on arrival. Around a 15 mins drive to central Brighton, so accessible but you're staying somewhere lovely and quiet

This huge home is the perfect meeting place for friends and families alike due to it being just off the A270 and only a 6 minute drive to the A27. Park up at one of the three private parking spaces, drop your bags and head out by foot to the popular & vibrant Boundary Road which has a plethora of independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops plus supermarkets (ALDI) and a pharmacy.
Hove Lagoon is a short 20 mins bus ride away: it's home to one of the countries leading water sports centres offering wake boarding, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and standup paddle boarding on the Lagoon and the sea. Hove Lagoon is also home to a skateboard park, a playground, a kids paddle pool and play area, kids boating pool and a model boat club. It is a public park that features a boating lake about 200m long and 100m wide set in grassland right next to the seafront with direct access to the beach. Here you will also find the Big Beach Cafe where the owner, local resident Fat Boy Slim, invites you to eat, drink, party and meet at the south coast's best beach bar and cafe.
Stroll past the Angler's Club along the sea front to Hove Lawns where you'll find a couple of beach front cafes, the Peace Statue, the West Pier and the British Airways i360 with restaurant and a selection of local, independent retailers.
ON FOOT
It is easy to explore Brighton on foot, and all of the main attractions are close together - thanks to our amazing central location, plenty of them are right on the doorstep!
TRAIN
Portslade railway station is less than an 8 mins walk away, with an 8 mins train direct to Brighton with links to Gatwick Airport, London Victoria/ London Bridge and other cities.
BUS
If you wish to explore by bus, there are plenty of frequent buses to all parts of the city (approximately 35 mins to central Brighton) and beyond that stop right near to the property.
CAR / PARKING
Private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Free parking on the nearby streets too.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
Because of the city's excellent public transportation and walkability, we always suggest taking the train to Brighton.
