Located next to the city's largest shopping center, and just 4km from the seafront and the magnificent beaches of Setúbal. We have prepared a list of the most unforgettable experiences in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the facilities so you can cook delicious meals, such as oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and even has a washing machine, so you can keep your laundry up to date. It also has a high table, next to the window with a panoramic view of the city, so you can enjoy your meals while admiring the beauty of the landscape. The living room has a large smartTV, with access to HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime, with your account data. An upright piano so you can practice your favorite pieces of music or just admire its elegance. It also has a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. The living room has access to the balcony, with a set of table and chairs, and a breathtaking view, where you can relax and read a book, while listening to the birds sing or enjoying a local wine while watching the sunset. The office, with a desk by the considered father of Portuguese design, Daciano da Costa and a huge whiteboard perfect for notes and personal planning. Sound material is not included in the stay. It has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, both with a queen size double bed, built-in wardrobes, and ironing board. The two corresponding bathrooms both have a bathtub and a hairdryer. In the case of long stays, we provide a mandatory weekly cleaning service, with replacement of amenities and towels, including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, costing €50 per week.
