We are a couple with education background. Me and my family offer a beautiful white plush house in one of the poshest and suburb area of Srinagar within just five mins distance by car from Srinagar airport and city centre Lal Chowk is just 15 mins.we provide tours,packages, bonfires at cheapest rates. A kitchen is provided with all facilities .Helpers for any kind of assistance 24 by 7 . The place is a posh neighbourhood with all service class families nearby.. A full on loving, brotherhood cosmopolitan atmosphere and on back yard are famous township of regional research laboratory, wherein scientists from all parts of india reside with families. So you will get a lush green environment that will soothe your eyes., you can relax while enjoying great views, have some kashmiri tea(chargeable) or while sitting in lobby.

I have stayed at Villa Moonsbruck for 3 days in my first visit to Kashmir. Wasib son of Mr. Riyaz communicated with me for each and everything. Caretaker Liqauat is a gem person. He took care of us like family and provided us with all the information and daily needs. I will recommend anyone visiting Srinagar to stay at this home if you want to stay in Kashmiri home with all listed amenities, a bit away from Dal lake but its a peaceful and safe location.

I had a great experience at Mr. Riyaz Villa, Such a huge villas at a very nominal price with all the facilities listed. I stayed with my mother here for 4 days and our experience was so so good. Liyaqat the caretaker is very helpful and always asked you for any kind of assistance. It just like you feel your own home. I genuinely visit again next time and check in this place for sure with my friends also. Kashmir is so beautiful with these kinds of AirBnB hosted by Mr. Riyaz :) Thank you very much!

Its a lovely neighbourhood with a posh outlook. There is a silent, green lush environment with our house just one minute away from main road, having all famous food joints, cafes, departmental stores just walking distance away.

We do provide car, scooty on nominal less than market rates per day basis. Just take it and zoom around. Ofcourse we are there to guide you for ways around and places to visit, shop, tour,trek etc.. We can also provide car with a driver who can take you around to all famous places and we can also recommend many virgin new as well as old places worth a visit

We are a couple who love hosting people, our house is located at sanat Nagar near the famous shawarma joint Royal Gulf , this property is about 5 minutes away from the Srinagar airport and about 20 minutes away from city center Lal Chowk. We try our best to guide our guests in every possible way to make their stay convenient and memorable. Our property is located in peaceful,serene environment at the same time we are just 2 minutes away from the market which has most of the famous city cafes making your market experience fun. If required we can also help in providing transport facilities for travelling within Kashmir. We promise to give you a rich experience and make you feel at home.
