It was a great experience to stay at Hassaan's place. First thing, it's a beautiful property - away from the noise of the city but still well connected. The nearest auto stand is just 5 mins walk away. Also, it's super clean and well kept. Secondly, Hassaan is very helpful. From the moment I booked the property, he answered all my doubts/queries within 5-10 mins and proactively told me about SIM/weather etc to prepare for the visit. Throughout the trip, I reached out to him for vendors for saffron, shawls, kebabs and what not.. and he always suggested the best places - he knows the city by heart! And most importantly, I felt very comfortable in the city because, if needed, he was just a message away. And not to forget, his mom is really nice and lovely too. She made wholesome and tasty food. She was welcoming and was always ears to the accounts of my trip at the end of every day. They were lovely hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Srinagar.

The house is spacious, well kept and really clean. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the hustle-bustle of the market. And yet, 15-20 minutes from the city centre. You can experince Kashmiri hospitality at its best here. Hassan and his lovely mum went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable in every sense. The kids even got pick some books from the home library! We savoured delicious home-grown vegetables (yum!) and authentic Kashmiri dishes we hadn’t tried before. We thoroughly enjoyed our strolls in the stunning garden, watching the pomegranate tree loaded with fruit and seeing Kashmiri chili and cherry tomatoes sun drying on the side. Ask Hassan for his expert tips to experience Kashmir at its fullest. He is very well read and knows a lot about the heritage and culture of the land. We loved our time walking around the old town with him on our heritage walk! Don’t miss it.

Hassan is the perfect host. Always approachable and responsive. He respects guest's privacy. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed the kashmiri food. Thanks Hassan for making my stay a memorable one.

Authentic, Genuine, Gem of a person.. That's Hasaan... Aristocratic bungalow in a calm, peaceful area.. Hasaan's mother is a kind soul and a bundle of energy.. She runs up the stairs like a teen.. Genuine warmth and a keen interest in the quality of guest's experience.. Highly recommend.
