Hassaan's Stay was wonderful. He had been very helpful and proactive in communication and suggested a lot. He catered to all my queries and requests. Location is very near to Airport, and feels safe, and is in a decent residential area. The room had an AC and electric bed heating which are sufficient for the winter weather. The bathroom was well maintained, but had a mild shock in some places, for which they provided rubber chappals too. The geyser takes time to get heated and has sufficient capacity to bathe one person. Room was very good looking and they clean it every 3 days of stay, which is very helpful. When I got ill, Hassaan took a good care and responded very quickly

Hassaan 's place is a hidden gem. It was many firsts in my case. My first time in Kashmir, first time as a female solo traveller in Kashmir and first experience of a true homestay in India.I am so happy to have discovered it.The pictures don't do justice.Hassaan's place has been crafted with a lot of love in addition to how tasteful it looks. It is extremely close to the airport and that was my prime reason to chose.The room that I stayed in was spic & span, extremely spacious & very beautifully done.The property is nestled in a residential society & its absolutely calm & soothing.About the food - Aunty (Hassaan's mom makes the most delicious food).whenever I was home I made sure to eat the home cooked food and loved it. Thank you so much aunty for all the love and care. I was privileged to meet Hassaan's grandma who reminded me so much of mine & had some amazing conversations.The only thing I missed is the heritage walks that Hassaan does. I wish to come back next time just for this.

Hassaan's mom cooked up some seriously delicious kashmiri cuisines. I spent most of my time chatting with "naani," strumming my uke, and writing. It was such a tranquil, serene, and tidy place. Big thanks to Hassaan for curating my whole experience!

Every time I’ve traveled to Kashmir I’ve fully relied on Hassaan and it’s even better now as he runs his BnB! He makes one feel at home, is proactive and friendly, him and his family welcomed me warmly, we cooked a couple meals together, the Chicken biriyani Hassan makes is a MUST try! Hassaan knows his city perfectly well and is amazing at planning an itinerary for a wholesome kashmir trip. Super happy and will absolutely recommend staying here 🥰
