Fozia's apartment was as described. Fozia was super helpful and proactive she gave us lot of recommendations and we found her very responsive . The apartment itself had all the amenities as described. The location is good if you want to be near the airport but bit away from the city as mentioned. So if u are looking for peace and quiet and don't mind being away from the hustle and bustle the place is perfect!

One of best places we've stayed in so far. Fozia's interior design skills are kick-ass, very well thought thorough, practical and beautiful. We loved everything about the place. And Fozia is very nice, we enjoyed spending time with her. The places is fully equipped for long stays. The internet and the inverter were damn very reliable, we were working from here for months. The open kitchen and the island felt very homey. The security folks were so nice and friendly. The neighbourhood felt very safe as well. Would love to come here again sometime ♥️

Fozia’s flat in Rawalpora is situated near the airport and it is a quaint space at a safe locality. Fozia ensured that we had access to every thing starting from cab to food to medicines. Do ask for Mr Jeelani’s contact for cab as he is a very resourceful person and would ensure that you have a pleasant sight seeing experience. Will definitely stay here when we visit Kashmir again.

Enjoyed my stay in Fozia's apartment with its modern amenities and privacy. She is also a great host, quick in response and happy to help her guests as needed. It was also very convenient to have local bakery (love those fresh tsot and chochwor- traditional Kashmiri breads) and groceries nearby. Look forward coming back again there.

Great space - comfortable and spacious. Bathroom and Kitchen are good as well. The caretaker was around for any help needed - overall would recommend.
