Enjoy our comfortable home within walking or biking distance to the Lake Champlain causeway, bike path, boat launch, Mallet’s Bay, Airport Park with a playground, pickleball, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. We’re just a 10 minute drive to the Burlington waterfront, Church Street Marketplace and downtown! We also have two kayaks you’re welcome to use. You’ll need the appropriate vehicle to transport them if you don’t want to walk them the 15 minutes to the boat launch! Our house is approximately 2400 square feet, with 2 separate living room spaces (one with a gas fireplace), a large kitchen, separate dining room, and half bath on the first floor. There are two bedrooms for use upstairs and an office space with a sofa bed (probably the size of a full). There is a full bath upstairs with a tub/shower. The basement is finished and has a poker table as well as two large screen TVs. There is a futon if someone cares to sleep there. We have a large backyard with a gas grill, patio seating, and a fire pit. We also have 2 kayaks with life jackets for guests to use.
