Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment with balcony & patio in Amsterdam's city center!🌟 Situated just minutes away from Oosterpark, the Amstel canal, Carré and De Pijp, our place is ideal for those looking to experience Amsterdam like a local while also having convenient access to all of the city's key tourist attractions. Explore De Pijp, Museumplein and Red Light District. Conveniently, a tram stop is located in front of the apartment, with two metro stations just a 5-min by walk each. The metro, conveniently located close by, can whisk you away to Ziggo Dome or Johan Cruijff ArenA in just 10-12 minutes. It's the perfect hassle-free journey for making the most of your time in Amsterdam! When entering the apartment you will get into the living area equipped with comfy sofa, armchairs and 65 inch TV installed with all of the main streaming services. Dining area with 4 chairs is located close to the windows looking at a picturesque Dutch boulevard with 19th century buildings, trams passing by and cyclists on their way. On the right side of the apartment is located the kitchen bar and fully equipped kitchen. Behind the bar you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed 160x200cm and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed 160x200 cm, which can easily transform into a single bed 80x200 cm. The room is equipped with mounted desks that are usable when the bed is folded. In the small bedroom you can also find another wardrobe. From the two bedrooms you have direct access to the spacious and quiet patio. It has outdoor chairs where you can drink your coffee in the morning or spend some time during the day. Close to the bedrooms is located the fully equipped bathroom. Please note: The property is located on first floor and the only way to get to it is by climbing stairs. (typical Dutch stairs). Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Radostin war stehts sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!
Radastoin was great! I could not recommend enough. We visited as two couples for Kings day. It was a walkable distance to the centre or you can jump on the metro which takes a couple of minutes so the location was great. The place was beautiful and clean and you felt right at home and there was every amenity you could think of provided for you. Tea, coffee, milk, shower things and an iron. The host was incredible for the whole experience. Highly highly recommend!!!

4 of us stayed in Radostins apartment and it was spectacular. Great location and Easy to get to with a tram right outside. Beautiful design and very clean. Lovely terrace to relax on. Radostin left us some wine and snacks in the apartment. Coffee machine and other amenities available to use. Would go back and stay again

Getting to the apartment is incredibly convenient, and you have several options:
1. Public Transport / Walking:
• The city has a well-connected transportation system.
• The main railway station (Amsterdam Centraal) is close, providing easy access to various public transport options, including direct trains to Schiphol Airport, Eindhoven Airport, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague, and more.
• Take metro lines M51, M53, or M54 for three stops to Weesperplein station from Amsterdam Centraal. Exit towards HvA; the apartment is 3-5 minutes away.
• If using trams, the closest stops are Camperstraat (tram 3) and Beukenweg (tram 1).
2. Car:
• Driving is an option, with navigation through Amsterdam's roadways.
• Please be aware of parking regulations in the neighbourhood. Street parking costs 6.50€/hr and is valid between Monday - Saturday (9:00 - 24:00).
• Alternatively, consider P+R locations outside the city center for cost-effective parking, especially for longer stays (costs between 6€ and 13€ per 24 hours). For more parking details, feel free to inquire!
3. Taxi or Ride-Sharing:
• Taxis and popular ride-sharing services like Uber and Bolt are readily available. Convenient apps make it easy to secure a direct ride to the apartment.
