The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Sarah has the best guide I’ve ever seen. Every question you’d have was answered and directions were easily understandable. Sarah was welcoming and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

This place was perfect!! The beds were firm and lines bleached and blankets soft and warm. The farmhouse double sink is a perfect example of the meticulous design and care that went into this property. The 3rd floor living room had a perfect window bench to find your zen. The third floor also had a second kitchen and is a great space for mixed groups. Ton of things to do within walking distance of the adorable downtown. We will rent again next time I'm back for work or get a long weekend!

It was so nice to stay in Sarah’s place! We have just spent one night in her house but everything makes us wanna come again. For food, McDonald’s is really close. Sarah has even listed some of the great restaurants in town. The rooms are fabulous, well prepared and extremely clean. Sarah is the perfect host ever. She was so nice that we would need some accommodations for checkout time. We had a really great time!

The Downtown Franklin Retreat was wonderful. The place was so beautifully decorated. This is the perfect house for friends and family to gather. We loved that it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. Sarah was so easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could need. We especially liked to gather in the large living room up on the 3rd floor, with so many spaces to sit and a big table to play games or do a puzzle. The small kitchenette on the 3rd floor was perfect too. We liked the little den on the 2nd floor too, with the 2 big chairs, the comfy bean bag chair -the record player and record selection, was a cool addition. We loved all the art work on the walls. I will say this is one of the most nicely decorated AirB&B's I have stayed in. We hope to come back again.
