Clean, comfortable, great Host! Loved the little extras you don’t always find in a rental, like the coffee tea & hot cocoa bar. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful outdoor living spaces to enjoy sitting by the river. Great place to just relax and so close to some awesome rails to trails if you are a biker. We will be back!

Place was exactly as advertised. Julie was super responsive. It was perfect for a private weekend get away. Would definitely return in the future.

Overall good place to stay. Responsive host. Couple of things to be aware of: - the bed is actually a fold out couch with extra cushioning. - the bedroom also doubles as the host’s waiting room for her therapy office which gives it a weird vibe - polyester sheets - house has neighbors on either side, not much outdoor privacy

Julie’s place is a gem. We were in Franklin to visit family and loved the location by the water and the beautiful decorations. Everything about the cottage makes it feel like home, including Julie as a host. There are two fire pits and so many extra touches. We would love to come back again sometime.
