Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und auch gut gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tür war leider kaputt, doch James hat sofort geholfen.

It’s really dirty and they have to fix many things. The stairs are broken and there are many spiders. No one showed us everything and there is no guide or sth like that. The communication was really slow.. I’m not a sensible person but that was not good and not a 5.

This place has a lot of potential, it’s in a great location, the loft style cabin is a fun idea. Unfortunately my experience here was poor. When we arrived we found many issues. Broken/unsafe stairs, bug net holes, stains on bed/walls, dirty fridge, no wifi and missing amenities. The upstairs was not as expected, mattresses on floor with a warped table for dining. I didn’t realize his Airbnb’s are parallel to each other. The bathroom has bamboo walls you can see through, and have no privacy. This made me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately James did not try to fix the issues after talking with air bnb support. His response on air bnb chat was considerate but the tone through text was the opposite. The lack of communication and lack of motivation to make our experience pleasant really left a sour taste in our mouths. Thankfully air bnb support was helpful. Would recommend a stay here if James can maintain the home to a higher standard and show more care for his guests.

The wild location is beautiful but the facilities weren’t as described and the host didn’t seem to care about our experience. The description on Airbnb clearly includes a cooker, coffee maker and toaster - none of which were present when we arrived or by the time we left 3 nights later. When we asked the host about this, he said the previous guests had broken the hob and he was waiting to be refunded for this before replacing it. He didn’t acknowledge that this wasn’t our fault and nothing was done about it during our stay. He did leave a bottle opener on the deck some time later which we appreciated. The mattress on the bed was unfit to sleep on. It was completely worn out with the springs almost sticking out of it and in need of replacement. We turned it over and remade the bed which made it a bit better. We weren’t expecting luxury but we were expecting the place to be as described and we hadn’t experienced such a lack of consideration in our whole 2 months of travel before this.

Mi sono trovata bene, ho passato dieci giorni molto tranquilli in mezzo alla natura in un alloggio gradevole. Quando ho avuto un problema, lo staff lo ha risolto velocemente.
