Anny was a great communicator/quick response time. Room was as described. I liked the standard coffee maker. The mini refrigerator had a freezer that kept our gel packs frozen. We use a white noise machine for sleeping, which made any household noise insignificant. Neighborhood was quiet. There were extra comforters, blankets, towels, hangers & a fan in the closet.

The place was as private a it could be while attached to a house, and it was very clean. The door had to be pushed a bit in order for the lock to properly lock/unlock but other than that I couldn’t complain. She was also very good with explaining directions on how to find the room and was easy to get ahold of!!

Anny is amazing. Came down for the 2024 Daytona 500 weekend and I arrived earlier than I thought I would. When I reached out and asked about a early check in she said yes and it would not be a issue. So things are going great and then Rain moved in forcing NASCAR to postpone the 500 to Monday. I reached out to Anny and within Minutes she had me taken care of for a extra day. She is amazing and very friendly lady, she had water and cokes in the fridge and Bannanas Also which was amazing because I have low Potassium so that helps me tons. All in all Anny is amazing HOST and I Highly recommend her place. it's great for a couples get away or for anyone coming to enjoy the Races at Daytona because she's 20 mins from the track and it's very peaceful here. 20/10 Stars.
