This place was perfect for our little family. They had games, bbq, backyard for kids & dog, all the cooking needs we needed, lots of space to. It was a perfect little vacation.

Our stay at "Dads Place" was nice & we'd stay again. We had a good time, had family over for pool table, dinner & movies. Some minor complaints but it was cozy & functional. Met with Theresa the day before at her request. Went over some stuff verbally which was good because it wasnt on the listing. She mentioned that they had been working on the place to rent to travelling nurses, but for families I would make some changes. Theresa asked for our suggestions. I would remove some of Dads stuff. I would add a twin/bunkbed to the office, more dining chairs & a more comfy couch. TV is a little small & the sound system in game room needs bluetooth. Cons Could not get key to unlock front door Microwave, oven & dishwasher dirty No dish soap Told not to use wood fireplace Steps in garage are tippy No coat rack Toilet seat in master bath wrong size Pool table slate has cracks (Plays well though) Not enough chairs for family Security camera in house Too much of Dads stuff (Cluttered & outdated)
