I think there is a lot potential to make this place better. Missing house information from the listing such as this is not self check in. Someone comes to meet you. You have to pay a 200rm deposit upon collecting your key. the lights in one of the room wasn’t working. Floor mat and hand soap not provided in every room. Floor didn’t seem mopped. Balcony lock not working. Need to ask for Wi-Fi. Request for extra blanket was agreed but not provided. On the flip side, hosts were responsive to try and address concerns above. They also allowed 2hrs early check in. The price is good as well so gotta take that into consideration. I think hosts are new and if the issues above can be fixed, it be a nice place to stay

Pros: -responsive to queries -the place is clean and big -easy to locate -near the JB immigration -you can see the situation at the causeway from the unit. Things can improve: -check in and check out process. Would be better if there is a self checkout. -deposit, if it should be through Airbnb. -the key card. For 4 pax or more, it would be better if there are 2 key card as it is hard to go out buy something and wait for the one who had the keycard for the other one to go out. -the information and instructions should be given out as early as the confirmed booking or at least 1 day before the arrival. Like the way to go there, which lobby, how to check in, if there is a car parking needed and the wifi password.
