Good house, perfect for a big group.
Large place which accommodated a large group well. Great location to the beach. House needs a lot of work and maintenance on it. Ceiling had fallen down in bathroom the day we arrived. Plenty of parking and nice private garden
Check in was really easy, prior communication was great, and the location is a short distance to the beach and town. The house is huge. We were a party of 16 and there were several rooms that weren't used. Entertainment at the house includes pool table, table football, arcade machine and tv. Parking could accommodate 4-5 cars.
The house requires many improvements and renovations such as windows needing to be fixed. The listing does not match the house itself. Property has a damp smell due to poor ventilation. The property has great potential but is poorly maintained with poor communication. You are charged a cleaning fee but you are still expected to fully clean the house yourself including hoovering which makes no sense what so ever. Be aware you will also be charged for unnecessary, unfounded costs after your stay with no proof or evidence of where these costs come from, probably as an excuse to not return your deposit.

Bournemouth Grange is situated in its own grounds. Just 5 minutes’ walk away from the award winning family friendly beach at Bournemouth and Boscombe, the house is also just 2 minutes away from the beautiful Boscombe Chine Gardens with their children’s play areas, a mini golf course, a basketball court, a nature trail and a public art arena.
There is ample parking for 7 cars and plenty of free-parking in the road. A bus stop is a few yards from the property and there is Bournemouth train Station only a 10 minute walk
