Such a great, quirky, spacious house for a big group. So many extra facilities like an ice machine, hot plate, coffee machine and even fancy dress! Loved the Victoria sponge, chocolates and bottle of wine left for us. Such a nice touch. It felt huge and we all had plenty of space and so many bathrooms. Lovely location very close to the shops and restaurants in southbourne and a short walk from the beach and Pokesdown Station. The hosts were so kind and great communication. They even waited in for a Tesco delivery for us and put it away for us. So kind! Thanks so much!

Great space to make memories with friends. House is fully kitted out with everything you may need! Very comfortable for multiple guests - lots of bedroom options!

Alison was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all the questions and special asks I had. while we were staying at the hotel Carl was the perfect host, he was there when we needed him but otherwise left us to our own devices. He did a BBQ for us as an extra service, took our food delivery for us and also supplied us to condiments (which I had totally forgotten about) we were made to feel special and very welcome. 10/10 recommend this
