Access within the home is via internal stairs, there are 44 - a great leg workout, and the views at the top are worth it. Bedroom 1 is the master bed and has 1x queen bed and ensuite Bedroom 2 1x queen bed Bedroom 3 1x king single and 1x single trundler bed Bedroom 4 1x king single, 1x cot and 2x single beds in the bunk. Please note the top bunk is rated up to 50kgs only. Double glazed windows and fully insulated with an internal ducted heating/cooling system. There is plenty of parking at the top of the driveway, and further available on the street if required. As the garage is unavailable turning space may be difficult depending on the number of cars, however, the drive can be backed down with ease. Two cars, no problems, three cars a little trickier, 4 cars = one on the road! As this is our family home you will notice small touches of us throughout the house.
